All products are shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. If a product is out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered by Iceland Post, and its delivery, warranty, and transport terms apply to the shipment of the goods. Accordingly, Enso ehf. bears no responsibility for any damage that may occur to products during transit. If a product is damaged from the time it leaves Enso until it reaches the recipient, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Refund Policy
The buyer has 30 days to cancel the purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in good condition, suitable for resale, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. The return period begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. A receipt for the purchase must be included. A full refund will be issued if the above conditions are met and once the product has been received. Shipping and postal fees are non-refundable.
